General Use:
All materials are owned by Project: Brothers of Valor. You agree not to reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.
Donations:
Donations are tax-deductable to the extend allowed by the law. Unless otherwise states, donations are non-refundable.
Workshop Registration & Products:
Refunds for workshops are available up to seven (7) days before the event. Digital product sales are final. Access may be revoked if content is misused.
Limitation of Liability:
We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Your use of this site is at your own risk.
Purchases/Retreats and Events:
By registering for in-person events or retreats, you agree to abide by the retreat and event waiver, code of conduct, and refund policies posted on the event page. Project: Brothers of Valor is not responsible for travel disruptions or personal expenses related to your attendance.
Donation Disclaimer
Project: Brothers of Valor is a nonprofit organization recognized by the State of Texas. Our 501(c)(3) application with the IRS is currently in progress, and while we are confident in approval, donations made at this time are not yet guaranteed to be tax-deductible. EIN: 39-4557180. Refund Policy
Donations:
All donations are final. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within seven (7) days.
Workshops & Events:
Cancellations received at least seven (7) days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after that are non-refundable.
Digital Downloads:
All digital downloads are final due to the nature of instant delivery.
Annual Retreat and Event Registration Agreement / Waiver
Retreat Participation Agreement & Liability Waiver:
By registering for and attending the Annual Brothers of Valor Retreat hosted by Project: Brothers of Valor (“organization”), and any other events registered for, you agree to the following;
Voluntary Participation
I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I assume all risks associated with the retreat, including but not limited to travel, accommodations, workshops, and physical activities.
Medical Release
I certify that I am physically able to participate and that I have disclosed any health concerns. I release Project: Brothers of Valor from any liability related to medical incidents during the event.Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
I release and hold harmless Project: Brothers of Valor, its staff, volunteers, and affiliations from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from participation.Media Release
I grant permission to be photographed or recorded during the retreat, or other registered events, and allow those materials to be used for nonprofit promotional purposes unless I opt out in writing by emailing hq@projectbov.org with the subject line as “Media Opt-Out”.Refund Policy
I acknowledge and agree that cancellations made thirty (30) days prior to the retreat are subject to full refund. Cancellations made after that are non-refundable.COVID-19 & Health Safety
I agree to follow any health and safety protocols required by the organizers, venue, or local laws.
I have read and understood this agreement and sign voluntarily by submitting my registration.
Annual Retreat & Event Refund Policy
-Full refunds available if cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more before the retreat or event start date.
- Cancellations received between thirty and fourteen (30-14) days before the retreat or event: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the retreat, or event: non-refundable.
- If the event is canceled by Project: Brothers of Valor, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds do not cover flights, transportation, or other third-party expenses.
Code of Conduct
Our retreats and in-person events are designed to foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful space. All participants agree to:
- Treat others with kindness, patience, and respect
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Follow facilitator and venue guidelines
- Respect privacy and confidentiality of other participants
Violation of this code may result in removal from the retreat or event without refund. Project: Brothers of Valor also reserves the right to bar participants that violate the code of conduct from future retreats and events.
